Welcome to the Traffic Section of Carrick on Suir Town Council
This section processess all traffic fines. Traffic wardens patrol all areas and issue traffic fine tickets for those who do not comply with the traffic By-Laws.
Current Traffic Fine Costs:
- Non display of parking ticket - €40. rising to €60 if unpaid after 28 days. A court appearance if unpaid after 56 days.Non display of tax disc - €60, rising to €90 if unpaid after 28 days and a court appearance if unpaid after 56 days.
- Parking in a disabled persons' bay without a permit - €80 rising to €120 if unpaid after 28 days and a court appearance if unpaid after 56 days.
- 20 Minutes Free Parking Applies to the following areas in Carrick on Suir: Main Street, New Street, Kickham Street and Sean Kelly Square only.
- Please note that the 20 Minutes Free parking does not apply to the Carparks.
