Carrick-on-Suir offers two soccer clubs each steeped in history and boasting state of the art astroturf training facilities. These facilities are also available to the public for training and recreation. Acquiring the use of these facilities is made possible by contacting the respective clubs.
Carrick United AFC
Carrick United AFC has positioned itself as one of the most successful provincial clubs at present both at Senior and under age. The club has enjoyed considerable success in the Waterford and district league, Munster Senior and Junior cups and the Irish junior cup.

Rock Rovers
Rock Rovers is a younger and growing club and operates in the Tipperary and district league. Again this club enjoys considerable success under age and shows great promise for the future.
